1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure nationwide coverage:

Standard Shipping (Viettel Post / Vietnam Post):
- Coverage: Nationwide (63 provinces).
- Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS once the package is dispatched.
Express Local Delivery (GrabExpress):
- Coverage: Available only within Ho Chi Minh City.
- Options: * 2-Hour Express: For those who need their gear immediately.
  - 4-Hour Standard: A more economical choice for same-day delivery.
- Availability: Orders placed between 08:00 AM – 16:00 PM (Vietnam Time).

2. International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries using international express services (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes applicable in their country.

3. Order Processing Time

In-stock Items: Processed within 24 hours.
Pre-orders / Group Buys: Shipping dates are subject to the specific timeline mentioned on the product page.
Custom Builds: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for assembly and testing.

4. Shipping Insurance & Damage

All high-value orders (Keyboards/Kits) are encouraged to include shipping insurance.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the packaging before opening and contact us at [Your Email] within 24 hours of receipt.
