At Universe, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully regarding warranties, returns, and refunds for different product categories.

1. Keycaps, Switches, and Accessories

Warranty: We provide a warranty exclusively for Manufacturer Defects.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by user error (e.g., broken stems due to improper installation, lost pieces, or physical damage).

Customer Responsibility: Universe is not responsible and will not offer refunds if the customer orders the wrong product (e.g., incompatible switch types or keycap sets). Please double-check your specifications before purchasing.

2. Keyboards and Kits

Warranty Period: 1 Month from the date of purchase, covering Manufacturer Defects only.

Conditions for Warranty:

The Warranty Seal (Tem bảo hành) must be intact and untampered with.

The product must be in its original physical condition.

Exclusions: We do not warranty products that show signs of physical impact (drops/dents), water damage (spills), or unauthorized disassembly.

Customer Responsibility: Universe is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., choosing the wrong layout or connectivity version).

3. General Refund Terms

Manufacturer Defects: If a product is found to have a defect from the factory, please contact us immediately with photo/video evidence for a replacement or repair.

Final Sale: All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" once the product has been dispatched.
